Cooking Class: The Best of Bourbon Street

Take a trip to Bourbon Street with a Creole-inspired meal. Chef Warren will teach you how to use fresh ingredients and easy-to-follow techniques to create a meal fit for a Mardi Gras king or queen. You'll begin with a refreshing cucumber tomato salad and a sweet and deliciously crumbly homemade cornbread. Next, you'll learn how to create a flavor-filled New Orleans-style jambalaya brimming with chicken, shrimp and rice. End this Big Easy meal with classic rum-infused bananas foster.

Friendly, sociable, and talented Chef cooking from his own home. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and not rushed. Very easy to work with. Food was very good!! Sharp knives matter!!

The night was spectacular! It wasn't what my fiancé and I thought it was going to be like, but it exceeded expectations!!! Really enjoyed the experience, company, and food. We are really grateful to Chef Warren for opening up his home to us and being a fantastic host!
