You'll learn the secrets to creating a menu filled with satisfying traditional New England dishes, starting with a rich clam chowder made even richer with chunks of fresh potato. Next up, you'll create jumbo crab cakes and a sweet corn hash savory enough to soothe any hungry soul. You'll finish this authentic New England meal with an indulgent bourbon caramel bread pudding made from scratch for dessert!

We enjoyed watching all the skills of a professional chef at work in his environment. It broadened our horizon of learning new ways to to cook in our own kitchen. The fabulous meal that Chef Warren prepared for us was absolutely awesome!

A certified dietary manager and member of the American Culinary Federation, Chef Warren has over 10 years of experience as a culinary professional. After finishing his culinary arts internship, he went on to work in management and director roles in food service. Chef Warren is also proud to have helped many inmates graduate from a cooking program intended to help offenders develop skills in the food industry.
