You'll start with a classic Margherita pizza made from fresh mozzarella cheese, ripe tomatoes and basil. Next, you'll delve into the world of homemade pasta-making and prepare either spaghetti with beef and pork Bolognese or fettucine with grilled chicken and alfredo sauce. Finally, your meal will end with a traditional Italian dessert, tiramisu with espresso, ladyfingers and mascarpone whipped cream.
