Cooking Class: How to Make Ramen at Home

In this cooking class with Chef Fernando, you will learn how to make a bowl of slurp-worthy, restaurant-quality ramen right at home. 

This Japanese soup — consisting of chewy noodles swimming in a savory broth with a spectacular assortment of proteins and a soft-boiled egg floating on top — takes time, but is certainly more satisfying than boiling water and pouring it into a styrofoam cup!

Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
