The only thing more delicious than gnocchi is gnocchi made from scratch. Learn how to do exactly that in this guided cooking class with Chef Janice.
She will teach you how to prepare your own gnocchi dough using a mixture of ricotta and Parmesan cheese, eggs, olive oil and flour. Next, learn how to roll and boil your gnocchi until perfectly cooked. You will enjoy your handmade gnocchi with a delicious tomato sauce enhanced with onion, garlic and crispy pancetta. Add a bit of basil on top to finish the dish.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
