With the guidance of the instructor, you will practice creating efficient, different and intentional aesthetics and lines. Flow sequences may include pirouettes, edge work, traces and threads, glides, floor work and heel clacks. Pole-specific 7-inch or 8-inch heels are required. I have never had so much fun while getting a workout in for my entire body! Super comfortable environment and beginner-friendly. Lots of giggles, laughs, and encouragement through the whole class too! I will be back for sure!
