Learn how to prepare a spread of sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi using high-quality ingredients and traditional Japanese sushi-making techniques in this unique team building activity. To start your sushi-making extravaganza, Chef Sharon will teach you and your team how to properly prepare sushi rice before going over the basic knife skills and rolling techniques you'll need to make your sushi rolls. After a quick crispy edamame appetizer, you'll dive into your sushi preparation and make a classic spicy tuna roll, as well as shrimp nigiri and salmon sashimi. Lastly, you'll enjoy a dessert of black sesame seed cookies.

Great experience, definitely recommended if you have little to no experience cooking, or skills in cooking, Chef Sharon works with each of the people to get the most out of the experience as possible. 100% recommend, and if I'm looking for something like this again will most likely book this Chef again.

The class was only one hour long when it said two. She already had the food precooked and just heated it up. She only showed us how to make the crepas with the flour and said she was going to send us the recipe to the food and I never received mine. Very disappointed

Chef Sharon was a great instructor and her food was fabulous! I would take another one of her classes.
