Begin by preparing tender mussels flavored with creamy coconut milk and tomatoes, served with crispy grilled garlic bread. Then, learn the traditional techniques for preparing your own coq au vin, a quintessential French entrée made with chicken braised in zesty wine sauce. You'll also create a creamy galette filled with potatoes and gruyère and roll out a batch of fabulous crepes with cream and berries for dessert.
