In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Nicholas will guide you through a culinary adventure across the Mediterranean where you will learn to create traditional recipes from Greece, France, Spain and Italy.
Begin by making a traditional Greek lettuce salad smothered in a lemon vinaigrette. Next, utilize time-honored techniques of French cooking to make white wine infused chicken Provençal paired with patatas bravas, a Spanish delicacy. Finally, take a note from the book of Italy and make Cannoli crêpes.

Greece: Maroulosalata
With romaine, scallions, dill, feta and homemade lemon vinaigrette
France: Chicken Provençal
With cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, butter, white wine and fresh herbs
Spain: Patatas Bravas
Roasted potatoes coated with fragrant salsa brava and creamy garlic aioli
Italy and France: Cannoli Crêpes
With sweet ricotta, chocolate chips, pistachios and fresh strawberries
