Cooking Class: Make Fresh Pasta German Style

Discover the joys of making a hearty and flavorful pasta dinner from scratch in this cooking class hosted by Chef Juan. You won’t be working on a typical menu of spaghetti and meatballs; instead, you’ll learn to spice up pasta night with a German-style sauce. 


First, Chef Juan will teach you how to combine flour, eggs, olive oil and salt to create the perfect pasta al dente. Next, you'll learn an incredible new recipe for pasta sauce that features distinct German flair. You'll first cook kielbasa which, unlike most sausages, has a distinct smoky, garlicky flavor that will heighten the herbal essence of your German-style sauce. Then, combine herbs, vegetables and more to complete your savory sauce.

Highly recommend! The class was fun, food was delicious, and we learned a lot of great tips about cooking from Chef Juan. The brewery venue had convenient parking and a great drink selection!
