Begin by mixing classic scallion pancakes for a homestyle Asian appetizer. Then, create twice-cooked pork ribs drizzled with a sweet and tangy hot sauce. Mix rice vermicelli noodles with fresh vegetables, tofu and curry powder for a flavorful plant-based dish and end class on a sweet note by baking a crispy galette with seasonal fruit and Asian spices.

Class was in tables in the patio of a brewery. I think this took away from the experience for me and wished it was held inside or a better location with an actual room, perhaps a kitchen. The rain didn’t help either because it was cold. It was hard to see at times what he was doing when he was cutting or preparing the ingredients because of bags and other materials near his cutting board. Overall, I think it just needed a better set up.
