Cooking Class: Make Gnocchi and Gourmet Italian Eats
Immerse yourself in an Italian culinary journey in this gourmet cooking class, where you'll master making handmade pasta and more Italian favorites. In this hands-on class, Chef Jared will show you how to transform simple ingredients into gastronomic masterpieces so that you can take your new skills home with you.
You'll start by preparing an elegant roasted radicchio salad paired with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette. Next, you'll learn how to make prosciutto-wrapped dates stuffed with ricotta and balsamic. For the main dish, you'll be preparing handmade ricotta gnocchi served with squash purée, mushrooms and herbed brown butter. Finish up this festival of flavors with a perfectly decadent dessert of rich pistachio panna cotta.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class.
