Cooking Class: Make a Menu of Japanese Classics

In this Japanese-themed cooking class, you’ll make some of Asia’s most iconic dishes using fresh and flavorful ingredients. First, your instructor Chef Fumiko will show you how to prep a crunchy fresh vegetable salad tossed in tangy miso dressing made from scratch. 

Then, whip up some traditional comforting miso soup with satisfying tofu and colorful vegetables. For your entree, you’ll make sweet soy glazed salmon braised to the perfect meaty texture. You’ll also make fluffy steamed rice and sesame topped green beans for your sides. For dessert, enjoy delightful and refreshing green tea ice cream.

The chef was nice, but a bit disorganized. I was expecting to make the noodles, not just add the other ingredients to the dish. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy as well; I thought it was supposed to be at a nice location. For the money, I can't recommend. Perhaps, for beginning cooks, it would be more appropriate.
