Chef Dennis loves to always see a happy satisfied face on his clients faces when they taste his meals. He is talented, and loves to share his experiences and skills with his guests. I learned how to make a roux from Chef Dennis was one of many things that he has shared with me.
Chef Dennis graduated with a degree in culinary foundations from the Auguste Escoffier Culinary Institute. Since then, he has amassed over a decade of culinary experience in various kitchens and catering settings. His culinary pursuits have opened the door to a variety of roles, including line lead, lead cook, sous chef and general manager. A master in menu curation, Chef Dennis brings plenty of passion and determined focus to every culinary endeavor he takes on.
