Cooking Class: Candy-Making With a Pastry Chef

Satisfy your sweet tooth and learn some fun new skills in this cooking class with Chef Erica. In this hands-on class, you'll learn a pastry chef's expert secrets for making homemade caramel, marshmallows and candied nuts. You will get to learn the secrets to using the proper ingredients and temperatures for creating perfectly-textured smooth caramel and soft, pillowy marshmallows. After this class, you'll be able to create these classic treats right in your own kitchen!

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Chef Erica was able to spend 1 on 1 time with us and help us learn a better technique. I enjoyed the set up and the meals. Only thing I would change is a bit more time to prepare the foods. Overall great experience, hope to do it again soon.

Erica was knowledgeable, friendly and shared great tips. Everybody got to take a turn at the main station to try out techniques under guidance. Now fancy French crepes seem within reach of an average home cook.
