If you love sushi and bright, tropical flavors, this cooking class is for you! Culinary artist Chef Gio will teach you his beloved recipe for "Tuna Tini" as he helps you sharpen your knife skills and learn new cooking techniques. This colorful seafood dish will be piled high with the complementing flavors of fresh yellowfin tuna, toasted coconut, avocado, and tangy mango, papaya and passionfruit. Top it all off with a homemade nutty vinaigrette, and you've got an easy gourmet martini-turned-meal!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer or other alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class.

This was a complete waste of money and time. Chef Gio not only never showed up, but he never communicated that he was not going to show up. AND we received confirmation text leading up to the date, a complete lack of professionalism from Chef Gio. My family and I drove 40 minutes to partake in this class that didn’t happen. The employee told us that this was the “third time this month” this has happened. I will be contacting customer support for a refund.
