Chef Melissa will begin with a savory kimchi pancake appetizer. Your main dish will be mouthwateringly tender Korean barbecued pork ribs seasoned with scallions and sesame and smothered in a sweet, spicy gochujang glaze. Enhance your palate with zesty kkakdugi, a radish kimchi dish with fish sauce and spicy gochugaru. For dessert, you'll learn how to make delectable matcha-infused madeleines.

Chef Melissa is passionate, accommodating and generous. I had such a nice experience learning how to make dumplings with her! Besides delicious food and a welcoming environment, Chef Melissa provides useful tips and joy that make the time there so enjoyable. I recommend this cooking class :)
