In this Father's Day cooking class, you'll prepare a gourmet steakhouse dinner to celebrate one of the most important men in your life, Dad! To kick things off, you'll whip up the bruschetta bar of your father's dreams, featuring crostini, roasted vegetables, and a selection of fine Italian meats and cheeses.

Then, you'll learn how to prepare a perfectly seared filet mignon to be served with a side of creamy sweet potato mash. Of course, you can't forget about dessert, and will conclude this steakhouse spectacular with a batch of elegant orange and olive oil miniature cakes.
