Chef Nate is ready to take you on a journey to Spain with this fun and interactive cooking class. You'll learn how to make a colorful dish of Spanish paella. Learn professional techniques for slicing and sautéing fresh chicken. You'll then combine it with sofrito sauce, rice, chicken stock and saffron using a traditional paella pan. Friends and family will request this delicious recipe for dinner parties, holiday gatherings and weeknight meals.

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

My wife and I had a great time. Lots of fun. We had to sit at the back and it was a little hard to hear the instructions but Nate was engaging and helpful.

It was amazing. He showed me how to make one of my favorite rolls with salmon and lemon on top. He even spoke a little Spanish which helped others who didn't speak so much English. I would recommend anyone who is new to go check him out.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars, but I'll round up. Chef Nate is a good instructor, however, the venue choice could use an improvement IF the large class size is maintained. I appreciate the more free-form part as well. Probably need to do more smaller containers of rice and fish. Overall a very fun experience that I would recommend.

The class advertised that we would make three sushi rolls but we only made two. The rolls were also identical apart from the meat. The class started late and the space was very cramped and not everyone had supplies. Overall rather disappointing and not worth the cost.

I got this for my sister, bro in law and parents for Christmas. I was sooo nervous about it because I didn’t know what to expect. They called me raving and said they LOVED it!! They learned so much and said it was an awesome date activity!!

Had a really fun time! I hope to be making sushi at home now! Would highly recommend for a date night or a girls night. It was laid back and I like that he gave a little sushi history but mostly just instructed and let us figure it out! I will be booking again! All the ingredients were super fresh and I just know it took a lot of work to prepare! I love mountain west cider too :) The grapefruit cider was delicious.

I went to Chef Nate's sushi class for a team building activity and it was great! We had a group of 6 and were able to sit together and make some delicious sushi rolls. Chef Nate gave clear instructions and was very hands on when teaching us. I would definitely recommend this class for a work activity, date night, or group of friends. We got to make plenty of rolls and Chef Nate let us take home extras until all the ingredients were out. Very fun experience!
