In this fun and interactive cooking class, Chef Erica will guide you through the process of preparing a delicious breakfast or brunch menu item. You'll learn how to make Liège waffles topped with gourmet treats such as ice cream, fruit, cream and other sweets.

Crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, Liège waffles are perfect as a meal or a dessert. For a unique twist, you'll put them on a stick for a fun and portable treat.

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

My friend and I had the most amazing experience with Chef Erica! As a newbie cook and HUGE fan of British Bake Off and other cooking/food shows, this was exciting to do. Chef Erica was not only welcoming but made the experience of cooking step so much fun. You can tell she loves what she does and you can feel it as she explains the steps. I will definitely be back!

Chef Erica was an awesome teacher and explained everything extremely well. We learned quite a few good cooking techniques while making the macarons. We were a little disappointed in how little of the process we actually got to do however. We mixed the ingredients to make macarons and piped them on to the tray only to be thrown away and replaced with premade shells. Then we watched a demonstration on how to make ice cream but never did a single step. Finally we took the premade shells and premade ice cream and combined them to make the sandwiches. Overall it was a good walk through of the process, but for the price I expected to be more hands on in the class.

Erica was a fantastic teacher. She taught a lot about proper usage of knives and other tips and tricks like keeping a wet cloth under a plastic cutting board so it doesn’t move. She was also very funny, lively and took a genuine interest in your experience. I would definitely sign up for another class of hers!

Chef Erica was able to spend 1 on 1 time with us and help us learn a better technique. I enjoyed the set up and the meals. Only thing I would change is a bit more time to prepare the foods. Overall great experience, hope to do it again soon.
