Cooking Class: Handmade Pasta Alfredo
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the time-honored art of creating pasta from scratch. Chef Mimi will teach you how to throw together the perfect pasta dough as well as how to roll and slice it into noodles. You'll also learn to make a creamy Alfredo sauce to smother your freshly made noodles — a rich and satisfying homemade dish. Pair it with a fresh seasonal garden salad to balance out the meal.

Chef Mimi is amazing! So much fun, will learn from her again in the near future. Venue was nice, but no kitchen, so we didn't get to cook there, had to bring home to prepare noodles. Still had lots of fun!

The setting of a brewery/cidery is not ideal but Mimi did well with what we had to work with. It was a bit difficult to have to be working on our pasta and watching her create the sauce at the same time since we weren't in a kitchen setting where we could also make the sauce and do it altogether. Felt like our attention had to be in two places at once.
