In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to highlight signature ingredients of Southern Italian cooking with a vibrant menu by Chef Kailee. Featuring bright lemons, succulent seafood and San Marzano tomatoes, you will craft colorful dishes inspired by this iconic culinary region. Begin with crisp calamari and an herbaceous rosemary focaccia followed by a classic linguine all’Aragosta with lobster, tomatoes and fresh basil. For dessert, the chef will teach you how to prepare a tangy limoncello panna cotta.
