Cooking Class: Knife Skills and Italian Cooking

Chef Yapo will teach you how to make arancini, a delicious Italian appetizer, in this hands-on cooking class. As you cook, Chef Yapo will also teach you professional techniques for dicing ingredients. First you'll learn how to make the arancini, which are rice balls coated in bread crumbs and deep fried into a satisfying and flavorful treat. Then you'll prepare a marinara sauce from scratch to serve with the arancini. 


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
