Cooking Class: No Fear Gnocchi: Easy Pasta Making

In this interactive, hands-on cooking class, Chef Yapo will teach you how to make pillowy potato gnocchi smothered in a creamy gorgonzola sauce. To begin, you'll learn how to form the gnocchi into its characteristic shape. Then you will prepare the cheese sauce to complete the dish. On the side, you'll learn how to make a classic, crisp Caesar salad with high-end flair. 


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
