Discover the vibrant flavors of Santa Fe in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Cat. Blending elements of European, Native American and Mexican cuisines, this unique fusion is a signature of American Southwest cooking. Begin with a bold black bean hummus with lime and serrano chilis served with homemade flatbread. Next, create a smoky, roasted tomato soup and bright jicama salad with cilantro vinaigrette. Prepare a classic Santa Fe dish, stuffed poblanos with sweet and spicy red sauce for your main course, and enjoy a luscious bourbon creme caramel with roasted pecans for dessert.

After beginning her culinary adventures as a caterer and artisan food supplier, California native, Chef Cat, began focusing on preparing magnificent meals and training new gourmets. Her talent for tabletop design turns her dinners into artful experiences. She specializes in northern Mediterranean cuisine, though other global flavors entice her as well. Chef Cat is excited to share her passion for terrific food with her students.
