Begin by preparing shrimp cocktail with tangy homemade sauce. Then learn to sear a New York strip steak on the stovetop in a cast iron pan. On the side you'll prepare twice baked potatoes and charred broccolini, and for dessert you'll whip up a luscious chocolate lava cake.
