Cooking Class: Fresh Fruit and Pasta Menu

Chef Taciana leads this interactive cooking class with a light touch and expert guidance. You'll discover a colorful world of fresh and bold flavors. Start with a mesclun salad filled with green apples, celery and rainbow carrots and topped with a Champagne vinaigrette. Next, prepare a roasted sweet potato gnocchi with rosemary shrimp, Tuscan kale and white wine. Dessert is sweet and airy berry ricotta mousse with Greek yogurt and Biscoff cookie crumbles.

Chef Taciana was an incredible instructor. She was extremely patient, well prepared, knowledgeable, approachable, and respectful to every attendee. She gave clear instructions, did a great job modeling the steps, and created a fun and relaxing experience. The food was delicious as well. Would definitely take another class with Chef Taciana. The location of the venue made us a bit uncertain when we first arrived, but once inside the doors, we were met with wonderful hospitality, service, and felt safe.
