Join Chef Danielle in this hands-on cooking class and learn how to prepare old-fashioned Spanish tapas, the types of classic Latin dishes served by posadas and bodegas to hungry travelers in the 19th-century. To kick things off, you'll enjoy a dish of fresh olives coated in thyme and orange-infused oil. Then, you'll indulge in sweet deviled dates stuffed with bacon and almonds. Next, Chef Danielle will teach you how to craft roasted piquillo peppers stuffed with perfectly-prepared Atlantic tuna fillet and capers. Lastly, your evening of Spanish tapas will end with a delightfully rich and sweet citrus olive oil cake for dessert.

Danielle showed me how to make a yummy vegetable side dish of garlic broccolini. I was very curious what the difference between regular broccoli and broccolini is and she was able to easily inform me of the differences of texture and taste. The dish turned out beautifully. I would love to learn from Chef Danielle again.
