Join Chef Landi for an exploration of traditional Italian cuisine with a hint of modern flair in this hands-on cooking class. You will start the meal by steaming mussels in a white wine butter sauce for a classic Italian starter served with Italian crostini. For the main course, learn to craft handmade spinach and ricotta gnocchi with a roasted garlic and tomato basil sauce. To finish the meal, add a burst of freshness to a classic Italian dessert with a decadent strawberry tiramisu.

I went for my sisters birthday and it was awesome! It was very hands-on and Chef Landi made sure to make us feel comfortable. He matched our pace and let us have time to enjoy our food as well as the cooking experience. It was a nice intimate setting that allowed us to immerse in learning as well as indulging in delicious food!
