Chef David was great. He was knowledgeable and tried to explain and answer any questions along the way. The venue where we had the class was also a great place to hang but not necessarily the best place to hold a class.

We enjoyed the class and Chef did the best with what he was given. HOWEVER, the location was not effectively coordinated and the class was held outside. Because of this it was disorganized & lacked enough space. Administration needs to do a better job in working with the sites to ensure that goals are met.
