Cooking Class: Baked Goods 101
If you've ever wanted to bump up your baking skills, this cooking class is the way to go. Chef Tiffany uses expert techniques and easy-to-understand instructions as she teaches you how to mix batter, roll dough and scoop ingredients into homemade treats. You'll learn how to make decadent brownies, soft and chewy snickerdoodle cookies and cinnamon-infused apple pie. You'll be baking like a pro after this fun and interactive 3-hour baking class.

I absolutely loved everything about this experience! Chef Tiffany was very knowledgeable and the meal was absolutely delicious!! She was so patient, kind, and accommodating! I highly recommend!

Chef Tiffany arrived on time with all the supplies and materials she would need. She did an excellent job explaining what we were going to make, and how we were going to make it. She patiently answered all of our questions. Also very personable and a pleasure to work with. Very memorable experience. We would love to have her back again soon đź’•

Born and raised in Maryland, Chef Tiffany gathered her strong sense of Southern culture from her mother. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, she began teaching, which has given her the chance to share her enthusiasm for cooking. Chef Tiffany is excited to bring her experience and passion in the culinary world to a growing roster of students of all skill levels and backgrounds.
