Cooking Class: Mediterranean-Spanish Fusion Cooking
Get ready for a culinary journey to Spain and the Mediterranean seaside in this Mediterranean-Spanish fusion cooking class with Chef Vivian and Michi. First, you'll learn how to prepare a garlic shrimp appetizer called gambas al pil pil. Then, you'll prepare a moist Mediterranean-style chicken with roasted vegetables and parsley, as well as an authentic vegetable paella. Lastly, your Mediterranean-Spanish feast will conclude with a rich coffee tiramisu for dessert.

The posting should make the time zone clearer. I signed up for what I thought was a 7 pm class only to discover it was 10 pm Eastern time so i could not attend.
