Let Chef Lula show you how to add contemporary touches to heritage Asian dishes in this in-person cooking class. With a bit of imagination, these beloved traditional recipes become modern classics! Start with an apple and cabbage slaw flavored with lime juice, mint and chilis, and cook up chili-garlic baby back ribs seasoned with a savory spice rub. Prepare a stir-fry featuring green beans and red pepper and a ginger coconut rice to serve with it. And for dessert, create tempting pear pie wontons topped with fresh whipped cream.
