Cooking Class: Learn Soulful Cooking From a NOLA Native
Take a trip to the Big Easy with this fun and interactive cooking class. Led by Chef Jeffrey, you'll prepare three classic recipes from the Cajun kitchens of New Orleans. Start with a Cajun appetizer of homemade fried pickles. Next is a traditional Southern grilled shrimp and grits recipe accented with garlic and smoked white cheddar. No Bourbon Street meal is complete without authentic beignets served with chocolate sauce, raspberry coulis and a generous dusting of powdered sugar.

We had such a good time. He is so thoughtful in every way — the ingredients, the food handling, the pairings, the process, and the conversation. The food was amazing, and we eat a lot of food. We definitely want to do it again.

Class was rescheduled for a month and then instructor did not show up at all. No notice given. Then class was rescheduled the next day for another month later. This is unprofessional and fraudulent behavior. I would give an even lower review if I could.

No one showed. I waited 2 hours after being told by the owner he was on his way. I want my money back. No stars the websites would not let me pick 0
