Cooking Class: Weeknight Vegetarian Favorites
Chef Jeffrey brings a fun touch to this vegetarian cooking class. Join an interactive session where you'll learn how to combine local ingredients with master cooking techniques to create a healthy menu your family will love. Start with lettuce wraps filled with chickpeas, tomatoes and herbs. Next up are grilled Portobello mushroom caps with herbed quinoa and rainbow chard. Dessert is a chocolate and peanut butter lava cake. Alterations can be made for nut allergies.

Class was rescheduled for a month and then instructor did not show up at all. No notice given. Then class was rescheduled the next day for another month later. This is unprofessional and fraudulent behavior. I would give an even lower review if I could.

No one showed. I waited 2 hours after being told by the owner he was on his way. I want my money back. No stars the websites would not let me pick 0

We had such a good time. He is so thoughtful in every way — the ingredients, the food handling, the pairings, the process, and the conversation. The food was amazing, and we eat a lot of food. We definitely want to do it again.

Now, Chef Jeffrey hopes to share his hard-earned knowledge with aspiring chefs in fun, engaging and informative cooking classes. His classes focus on celebrating good food and finding joy in special moments and are designed to welcome everyone, no matter what their culinary background or skill level.
