Join Chef Jeffrey for a fun and interactive cooking class featuring the flavors of Mediterranean street food. Explore the culture and cuisine of southern Italy, Greece and Turkey as you learn how knife techniques, roasting skills and baking techniques. You'll start with a colorful and crunchy Mediterranean hummus crudité appetizer. Your entrée is a choice of lamb meatballs or salmon fillet served with mint couscous and seasonal vegetables. Dessert is a sweet and flaky baklava with Chantilly cream.

We had such a good time. He is so thoughtful in every way — the ingredients, the food handling, the pairings, the process, and the conversation. The food was amazing, and we eat a lot of food. We definitely want to do it again.

Chef Jeffrey was awesome, not only an excellent chef but entertaining and informative as well. We would certainly do another experience with him again. Tip for future customers, when you arrive in the lobby, simply call Jeffrey, and he will come down and get you. (This wasn't in the description of the event).
Starting as a novice chef, Chef Jeffrey worked his way up the kitchen hierarchy, ascending the ranks from line cook to sous chef to executive chef, acquiring years of valuable culinary experience in the process. Now, Chef Jeffrey hopes to share his hard-earned knowledge with aspiring chefs in fun, engaging and informative cooking classes. His classes focus on celebrating good food and finding joy in special moments and are designed to welcome everyone, no matter what their culinary background or skill level.
