Cooking Class: Culinary Summer Series for Young Chefs
A delicious summer awaits your kids in this eight-week cooking class series with Chef Washington.
Each week of the series will feature a fun culinary theme, with your tiny chefs tackling new recipes every day. Make favorite snacks like chicken quesadilla pockets and mini marghertia pizzas. They'll also learn unique and challenging dishes, including shrimp fried rice and strawberry crêpes. And, of course, they'll make some delicious sweet treats, like milkshakes, decorated sugar cookies and banana bread. Mini chefs will also learn kitchen techniques and how to practice them safely to make their favorite foods. Through fun, themed recipes, kids will learn proper knife skills, sautéeing and frying, among other useful kitchen skills. Book your kid a spot in this fun summer series!

Delicious food. 3 types of ramen were prepped and made for us to taste. Large portions. In a brewery, so causal atmosphere plus brews for purchase. Fun evening out.

Not a traditional cooking class but of a community meal event. Fun times none the less. Chef Washington was a cool dude.

Chef Washington and Chef Jane created an absolutely amazing Italian cooking class experience. Everything was perfectly organized and ready to go when we arrived, so we were able to jump right in and start cooking without any delay. The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxed, and fun—it truly felt like cooking with family. Both chefs were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about the food they were teaching us to make. They shared great tips about the ingredients and techniques, which made the whole experience both educational and enjoyable. The class flowed really well, the company was great, and the environment made it easy to have fun while learning something new. Most importantly, the food turned out absolutely delicious! It was incredibly satisfying to cook such authentic dishes and then enjoy them together at the end. I would definitely book another class with Chef Washington and Chef Jane and highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun, hands-on cooking class. It was a fantastic time from start to finish. 🍝👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
