I'm so glad we took this class! Chef Marty was friendly and shared much re: Italian regions, life, history and food! It was all so interesting. This is a very hands on class. No, we didn't slice and dry the baguette for the bruschetta but we did everything else. And it was soo good!! The recipes were pretty basic and easy to do. And oh my, the results. Thank you Chef Marty, Joan PS. take this class, you won't be sorry. (I only got the one pic of our fresh noodles)https://photos.google.com/photo/AF1QipNWdnMRptOV0tymEv76kqdGzS5puwMe0f01X2ZK

10/10. Would absolutely recommend. Chef Marty hosts an authentic Tuscan cooking experience in her warm and inviting home. Sharp, classy, and witty, she takes you on a tour of Italy—its diverse regions, cultures, and history (and yes, apparently Tuscans like her are the wild ones 😉). Her storytelling alone will have you mentally staking out your preferred region for your next trip. Once the cooking begins, you can feel the spirit of her Nonna woven into every step. It truly feels like spending an evening with a bold, fun Tuscan matriarch in the Old Country. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming and down-to-earth, and Chef Marty is an absolute riot. Go check her out.
