Unfortunately, this was not a class at all. 1. The only hands-on food prep we had was dicing vegetables, that were already pre-cut! We were not involved in mixing, nor measuring, nor cooking. The host cooked on a small hot plate behind us before the class began. 2. This took place sitting around small card tables, not in a kitchen. Beware to those attending in San Carlos. The host struggled to speak loud enough for everyone to hear. 3. We learned nothing, and ultimately spent $60 per person to eat a a small bowl of rice with frozen shrimp that wasn’t thawed enough in time for the class. Nobody at the “class” could believe what was happening.

Nice class! It was simple but we learned the things we couldn't figure out by ourselves! Highly recommend it as a gift to your loved ones!

My grandson and I took a cooking class with Chef Parsati. She made the classes very engaging. We learned so much about the rich flavors and aromas of Indian cuisine. The recipes were delicious and easy to follow. I highly recommend these Indian cooking classes to anyone interested in learning how to cook, authentic Indian dishes.
