Cooking Class: Make Paella at a Local Brewery With Knorr

Make a delicious paella in this fun, hands-on cooking class with Chef Taciana, hosted in partnership with Knorr.


The experience begins by laying the foundation of a great paella: warming olive oil, building a fragrant sofrito and seasoning each layer with Knorr spices. You’ll learn how saffron is properly bloomed and folded into the rice, along with tips on achieving the right liquid-to-rice ratio for perfect texture. From there, you’ll focus on timing and technique as chicken sausage and shrimp are cooked. Chef Taciana will also share insights on heat control, pan placement and how to form that prized, lightly crisped rice at the bottom. The class concludes with enjoying your freshly made paella together on-site.
