Even if you've never touched a sushi knife, you'll be a master of ricing and rolling by the end of the lesson! We had a lot of fun at the sushi-making class! The instructors were friendly, the food was delicious, and it was a great experience overall. The only small suggestion would be to have a few more ingredients and individual sauces available for each table to make everything run a little more smoothly. We'd definitely recommend it and would do it again!
