In this cooking class, you'll learn all of the wonders of French cuisine!


In this cooking class, guided by Chef Ricky, you’ll prepare a silky potato leek soup, grilled lamb chops in a fresh rosemary marinade, creamy garlic potatoes Dauphinoise with Gruyère cheese and locally sourced broccoli with rich Hollandaise sauce. Finish with a decadent Grand Marnier soufflé. Wow your guests with this French menu and discover how fun and easy French cuisine is!

Potato Leek Soup

With potatoes, leeks, chicken stock, thyme, parsley and bay leaf


Grilled Lamb Chops

With fresh herb marinade of rosemary, basil, oregano, parsley, olive oil and basaltic vinegar


Potatoes Dauphinoise

With Yukon gold potatoes, cream, garlic, Gruyère cheese and thyme


Broccoli With Hollandaise Sauce

With broccoli, egg, butter and lemon


Grand Marnier Soufflé

With eggs, sugar, butter and Grand Marnier

Chef Ricky's Sushi class was amazing and we had such a wonderful time! The sushi was delicious and he made it easy to learn. We thoroughly enjoyed his knowledge of food and culture. His house is beautiful and we enjoyed all of the interesting pieces of art in his house and all of the fun gadgets and decor in his kitchen. Thanks Ricky! I'm sure we'll be seeing you again!
