Join Chef Hannah for this fun, hands-on cooking class where you'll learn to make real French dishes!
You'll start with classic French onion soup made with sweet caramelized onions and rich beef broth topped with toasted bread. For your main course, choose between coq au vin (chicken cooked in red wine with mushrooms) or boeuf Bourguignon (tender beef stewed with red wine, carrots and pearl onions). Then, you'll finish with beautiful fruit tarts filled with seasonal fruits and creamy pastry filling. This session is perfect for beginners wanting to discover authentic French cooking techniques.
