Cooking Class: The Great French Crêpe Feast

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Landi, you’ll learn how to create an unforgettable four-course French meal.


Start with savory crêpes filled with prosciutto and melon, drizzled with balsamic reduction and honey. Then, simmer up a cozy French onion soup with caramelized onions, thyme, dry sherry and cider vinegar, topped with crusty bread and melted Swiss. For the main course, fill crêpes with creamy ricotta and chicken, then bake them in a rich vodka sauce. Finally, roll dessert crêpes with mascarpone and strawberry jam and serve them à la mode.

Wrapped Crêpe Appetizer

French Onion Soup

With sautéed onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, butter, flour roux, beef broth, thyme, cider vinegar, dry sherry, toasted French bread and Swiss cheese


Crêpe Cannelloni With Vodka Sauce

With chicken breast, ricotta, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, egg (vegetarian option available) and vodka sauce


Mascarpone Cheese Crêpe With Ice Cream

With mascarpone cheese, strawberry jam, ice cream, powdered sugar and strawberries and chocolate garnish

Chef Landi’s cooking class was absolutely wonderful! The class was well-planned, creating an experience that was both educational and fun. Chef Landi demonstrated techniques in a way that made them easy to understand, and was encouraging to each of us. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and you can tell how passionate Chef Landi is about cooking and sharing that passion with others. The recipes were delicious, and reasonably simple enough to recreate at home, which made the class even more valuable. What really stood out was the hands-on approach and the personalized guidance throughout the session. No question felt too small, and Chef Landi made sure everyone felt confident and included. The food was delicious, and it was a wonderful night!
