Cooking Class: Elevated Ravioli Dinner

Discover how easy it is to make your own pasta in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ricky!


To begin, you'll make a classic Caesar salad. Whip up a homemade dressing with anchovies, olive oil and egg to drizzle on Romain lettuce and homemade croutons and finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Next, make pasta dough from scratch and two decadent fillings. The first, butternut squash and goat cheese, made with aromatic herbs and served with a garlic cream sauce. Next, savory wagyu beef filling paired with a classic marinara tomato sauce. Finish by indulging in a strawberry sorbet for dessert. Book this cooking class today!

This event was an amazing experience. Chef Ricky has an amazing way of walking you through all the steps of creating a wonderful dinner. He is full of knowledge and trivia and keeps you really engaged in the art of cooking. We are looking forward to our next culinary adventure with Chef Ricky! Chef Ricky was AMAZING!! He was casual, funny, and informative...as well as a wonderful teacher and chef. My wife and I took the class to celebrate our 7th anniversary, and the interaction with Ricky (and, the six other guests in attendance) was extremely fun and memorable. The meal we prepared together was incredible!! Thank you, so much!!!

Best cooking class ever!! My husband and I enjoy taking cooking classes together. Chef Ricky is incredibly knowledgeable, and made French food accessible. We will definitely be able to recreate the recipes, and the dishes were delicious.
