Cooking Class: Pot Stickers for Beginners

Experience hands-on culinary training as Chef Fumiko guides you through creating Asian steamy favorites. 


First, Chef Fumiko will teach you how to prepare crowd-pleasing steamed buns, stuffed with your choice of savory ground pork and cabbage or fresh vegetables with bean thread noodles as a vegetarian option. Next, learn how to master the art of forming and filling delicate pot stickers stuffed with ground beef or tofu with shiitake mushrooms, vegetables and avocado. For a sweet finish, you'll learn how to create an aromatic and mouthwatering steamed cinnamon roll.

Great experience and so insanely delicious! Accommodations were made for our vegetarian attendee which she loved. Chef Fumiko helped my husband one-on-one who is a beginner. I will try these recipes at my home. Highly recommend.

There was a mix up and Chef Fumiko didn't know I requested a vegetarian option and she was able to pivot and make it happen last minute! We learned a lot and had a lot of fun!!
