Make two classic rolls from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Damon.
Begin the class by practicing your knife skills to slice and chop fresh produce to add inside your rolls. You'll also learn how to make the perfect seasoned sushi rice. First, spread out your rice and layer avocado, cucumber and surimi to make a California roll. Then, add mango, cucumber and avocado to make a refreshing veggie roll. You'll also master the technique to use a mat to roll each piece of sushi like a professional. Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and end the class by enjoying your handmade Japanese feast.
