Cooking Class: Chicago Stuffed Pizza - Date Night
Enjoy some of your favorite Italian dishes Chicago style in this date night cooking class.
Begin the class by combining ground beef and ground pork with herbs and garlic. You'll learn how to cook the meatballs so they're crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and served with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Next, make a classic stuffed Chicago pizza with pizza dough made from scratch and topped with Chef Pam's tomato sauce, mozzarella, caramelized onions, sausage and spinach for a hearty main course.
