Cooking Class: Japanese Sushi for Beginners
Learn the fundamentals of Japanese sushi in this beginner-friendly cooking class.
During the class, you'll discover how to season sushi rice and learn the traditional methods behind creating balanced, flavorful rolls. You’ll get plenty of practice as you create three popular sushi varieties: the classic California roll filled with crab, creamy avocado and toasted sesame seeds; a crispy crab roll featuring soft-shell crab, fresh cucumber, avocado and spicy mayo and a shrimp tempura roll with perfectly fried shrimp, avocado and traditional soy sauce.
