Learn how to make two classic sushi rolls from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Abbas.
During this class, you'll learn how to make perfectly fluffy and seasoned sushi rice, plus master knife skills as you chop fresh ingredients. Then, spread sushi on nori sheets to make the base of your rolls. Layer avocado, cucumber and fresh surimi to make a traditional California roll.
